Terms of use

These terms explain, in plain language, how buying and using a CinePresente experience works. By making a purchase, you agree to them.

Who we are

CinePresente creates personalized, interactive cinematic experiences for giving a gift. You can reach us at [email protected].

The plans

• Cinema: you build the experience yourself in the editor, right in your browser. It's ready as soon as you finish.
• Production: you answer a questionnaire, which is emailed to our team, and send us your material. We build the experience for you, ready in 5 business days.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Woovi (Pix, Brazil only). We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

If you change your mind, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase by writing to [email protected], and we'll give you a full refund.

Your content

Your photos, videos and texts remain yours. With the Cinema plan, they're stored only in your browser and never reach our servers. With the Production plan, we use your material only to build your experience and delete it after delivery. Nothing is published without your written permission.

Only use photos, videos and texts you have the right to use.

Using the experience

The experience is for personal, non-commercial use: for you to share with the person receiving the gift. It may not be resold or shown for commercial purposes.
